These terms apply to your use of finansavi.com and to Finansavi's consultations and programs. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Who can use our services
Our programs are for students aged 11 to 19. Consultations must be booked, and enrollment completed, by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. The parent or guardian is responsible for the information they provide and for agreeing to these terms on behalf of their child.
Education, not advice
Finansavi provides financial education only. Nothing on this website or in our programs is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Please read our full disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Consultations and enrollment
- Consultations are free and carry no obligation to enroll.
- Program details, schedules, fees, payment terms, and cancellation and refund terms are provided in writing at enrollment and form part of your agreement with us.
- We may change program content, schedules or instructors when needed, and we will let enrolled families know of any significant change.
Expected conduct
We want every session to be safe and respectful. Students are expected to treat others with respect. We may remove a student from a session or program for behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe or harmful to others, and will discuss it with the parent or guardian.
Our content
The Finansavi name, logo, website content, lessons, workbooks and other materials belong to Finansavi or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Students and families may use program materials for their own personal learning. You may not copy, sell, distribute or publish them without our written permission.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or submitting false information. The website may link to third-party sites and services, such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees
We provide our website and programs "as is". While we work hard to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee any particular financial outcome, result or level of achievement for any student.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finansavi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from financial decisions made by any person. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the program concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
